We will use the personal data supplied by you for all purposes associated with the administration of the employer/employee relationship e.g. to maintain employment records, facilitate payroll payment, facilitate the payment of expenses, facilitate and improve our communications facilities, monitor our communications facilities to check for compliance with our relevant policies, sickness and absence records, make travel and accommodation arrangements, arrange diaries and appointments, appraisals, recruitment, promotion and disciplinary action.
